Harry (35 ani) și Meghan (38 ani), vor renunța de asemenea la titlul regal și pe site-ul lor oficial.

Cuplul s-a mutat de curând în Los Angeles, Statele Unite, împreună cu fiul lor în vârstă de 10 luni, Archie Harrison.

Președintele american Donald Trump a anunțat că cei doi vor fi nevoiți să își plătească singuri securitatea, refuzând ca SUA să se ocupe de aceste cheltuieli.

„După cum s-a stabilit cu Familia Regală, Ducele și Ducesa de Sussex nu vor mai folosi numele Sussex Royal pentru organizațiile lor caritabile, Instagram sau website”, a declarat purtătorul de cuvânt al lui Harry și Meghan, citat de The Sun.

„Ducele și Ducesa de Sussex vor petrece următoarele luni concentrându-se pe familia lor și vor continua să facă tot ce pot, în mod privat, să susțină și să lucreze cu fostele organizații caritabile, în timp ce își vor dezvolta viitoarea organizație non-profit. După postarea de azi, Ducele și Ducesa de Sussex nu vor mai posta pe Instagram sub numele de SussexRoyal”, a mai spus purtătorul de cuvânt.
